- AGM. Good condition

- There are several valve very hard to operate. They are stuck in the open position.

- Fire dampers are not closing properly and fire extinguishers last service was 11/2021.
- The ac strainer was completely clogged up. I cleaned everything but the strainer basket needs to be replaced.
